Therefore, by presenting and publishing with dg.o 2021, you are also acknowledging that your work has not appeared, and will not appear, in another publication in the same form.<\/li>\n<li>Corresponding author(s) will be contacted to fill the copyright information, provided by ACM.<\/li>\n<li>Once authors complete their ACM e-Rights forms, they will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to submit their papers to the ACM Publishing System (TAPS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Step 2: Formatting for the ACM Proceeding<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>For people using MS Word: <\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the ACM Primary Article Template &#8211; Microsoft Word. Please choose the correct template version based on your platform: [<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portalparts.acm.org\/hippo\/enhanced_word_templates\/MAC_2011\/mac_2011.zip\">MAC 2011 (cursor over to download)<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/portalparts.acm.org\/hippo\/enhanced_word_templates\/MAC_2016\/mac_2016.zip\"><strong>MAC 2016 (cursor over to download)<\/strong><\/a>, or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portalparts.acm.org\/hippo\/enhanced_word_templates\/Windows\/windows.zip\">Windows (cursor over to download)<\/a><\/strong>] and save the .zip file to your local machine.<\/li>\n<li>Open the zip file and save the template file to your machine and then follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/binaries\/content\/assets\/publications\/taps\/acm_primary_article_template_instructions.pdf\"><strong>these instructions (cursor over to download)<\/strong><\/a> to attach the ACM Article Template to your accepted submission version and prepare your paper (still in single-column format) for validation in using the ACM Publishing System (TAPS).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors are also encouraged to review the video in the right-hand sidebar at <a href=\"http:\/\/at https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/taps\/word-template-workflow\">the ACM workflow page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>For people using LaTeX<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Please proceed to Step 3 below.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 3: Submit your file(s) to the ACM P<\/strong><strong>ublishing System (TAPS)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/binaries\/content\/assets\/publications\/taps\/acm_taps.pdf\">these instructions (cursor over to download)<\/a>\u00a0for information on how to use TAPS. TAPS will process your paper and auto-generate proofs of your article for your review. Please allow time for generating and correcting the proof. While you may need to make corrections to the output in TAPS, you <strong>MUST\u00a0<\/strong>revise the file which was uploaded to TAPS. This means you may not reupload new versions from your locally kept source files.<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure that you and your authors approve tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com in their email setttings to ensure that all messages from TAPS are received.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, authors should complete uploading the verified file to TAPS <strong>by the end of May<\/strong> so that we can publish and make the ACM proceeding available to you before the conference begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>***There is a YouTube video for preparing a manuscript for TAPS submission using MS Word 2016.
