Updated 04\/22\/2022<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Step 1: Complete the copyright form<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the authors with accepted submissions, it is important to understand that the dg.o 2021 conference proceedings will be copyrighted. Therefore, by presenting and publishing with dg.o 2022, you are also acknowledging that your work has not appeared, and will not appear, in another publication in the same form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corresponding author(s) will be contacted to fill the copyright information, provided by ACM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once authors complete their ACM e-Rights forms, they will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to submit their papers to the ACM Publishing System (TAPS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><i>Step 2: Formatting for the ACM Proceeding<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For people using MS Word: Please follow the guideline <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/authors.acm.org\/proceedings\/production-information\/preparing-your-article-with-microsoft-word\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in this link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download the ACM Primary Article Template \u2013 Microsoft Word.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the zip file and save the template file to your machine and then follow <\/span><b>the instructions <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to attach the ACM Article Template to your accepted submission version and prepare your paper (still in single-column format) for validation in using the ACM Publishing System (TAPS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For people using LaTeX:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We strongly recommend using Overleaf Platform available to all ACM authors. Follow the direction in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/authors.acm.org\/proceedings\/production-information\/overleaf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to create your manuscript. Please use the latest version of the Master Article Template \u2013 LaTeX to create your article submission. Please use the template option \u201csigconf\u201d to format your paper; like \\documentclass[sigconf]{acmart}.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/authors\/reference-formatting\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citation Style and Reference Formats<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Follow the styles written in the direction. For example, if you use Zotero, the citation style is ACM SIG Proceedings. If you are using other systems for exporting references, please find a citation style corresponding to ACM SIG Proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note to authors:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ACM Copyright information: ACM will send you the Copyright information once you finish your TAPS process in Step 3. So at this time, authors may keep the default ACM Copyright that came with the template. After the TAPS process is finished, authors will receive personalized Copyright information with a direction.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After all the authors submit your formatted manuscript to EasyChair, the ACM TAPS process will be initiated. Authors will receive an email from TAPS with the guideline to follow.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please proceed to Step 3 below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Step 3: <\/i><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/authors.acm.org\/proceedings\/production-information\/taps-production-workflow\"><b><i>Submit your file(s) to the ACM Publishing System (TAPS)\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/binaries\/content\/assets\/publications\/taps\/acm_taps.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">these instructions (cursor over to download)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for information on how to use TAPS. TAPS will process your paper and auto-generate proofs of your article for your review. Please allow time for generating and correcting the proof. While you may need to make corrections to the output in TAPS, you <\/span><b>MUST <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">revise the file which was uploaded to TAPS. This means you may not reupload new versions from your locally kept source files.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please make sure that you and your authors approve tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com in their email settings to ensure that all messages from TAPS are received.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideally, authors should complete uploading the verified file to TAPS <\/span><b>by the end of May<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> so that we can publish and make the ACM proceeding available to you before the conference begins.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Best Practices<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please see the ACM\u2019s best practices guidelines for Microsoft Word, LaTeX, and The ACM Publishing System (TAPS).
