Register and receive the welcome bag at the reception desk located at: o the ground floor of the main building of the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology\u00a0 directly from the main entrance, or<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0the European Solidarity Centre, open on 11.07.2023 from 18:00 to 21:00 3. Wear the conference registration badge at all times at the conference and during\u00a0 evening events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Connect to WIFI using the information available at the back of the conference badge 5. Charging points and water dispensers will be provided in each room<\/li>\n<li>The tables where food will be served will contain information about allergic ingredients.\u00a0 7. Please note that, as a non-paying participant, you are not eligible to use conference\u00a0 hospitality services at coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception or dinner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>INSTRUCTION FOR PRESENTERS<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li>Follow INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS<\/li>\n<li>Prepare your presentation in the PDF, PPT or PPTX file format<\/li>\n<li>Login to your Google account and upload the file to the appropriate <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1g_Gd3YH9EAhSeozWfFFeWmNgyP6wnoIl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">session folder<\/a> before the start of the session<\/li>\n<li>If you don\u2019t have a Google account, send the file by email to <a href=\"mailto:jaromir.durkiewicz@pg.edu.pl\">jaromir.durkiewicz@pg.edu.pl<\/a> with the subject \u201cdg.o presentation\u201d<\/li>\n<li>For security reasons, we are not supporting the use of memory sticks to transfer\u00a0 presentation files from the authors&#8217; computers to projector-connected computers\u00a0 available in every conference room<\/li>\n<li>For the same reasons, we are not supporting plugging in authors&#8217; computers directly to\u00a0 the projects available in every conference room<\/li>\n<li>Approach your session chair before the start of the session<\/li>\n<li>Plan to present your paper for no more than 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>5 minutes after your presentation will be devoted for questions from the audience, so\u00a0 please take advantage of that<\/li>\n<li>Your session chair will also have some questions to ask, if there is time, and will send\u00a0 them by email<\/li>\n<li>On the first day of the conference, the published articles are to be sent by ACM to the\u00a0 authors<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>INSTRUCTION FOR POSTER AUTHORS<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li>Follow INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1bhqWW7s_dAfU-FmCCNVQmZPdjqsRiDcetGgnJU_MXHs\/edit#gid=1201975811\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watch who signed up<\/a> to discuss your poster at coffee breaks<\/li>\n<li>Attend the breaks, keep close to your poster, and present your work to all interested\u00a0 participants, first those who signed up, then others as time allows<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>INSTRUCTION FOR SESSION CHAIRS<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li>Follow INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS<\/li>\n<li>Prepare questions for each paper scheduled in your session<\/li>\n<li>Identify all authors presenting at your session and note any absences to program chairs<\/li>\n<li>Introduce the session topic and the presenters<\/li>\n<li>For each paper:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Display the current presentation on the projector-connected computer installed\u00a0 in the session room from the appropriate <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1g_Gd3YH9EAhSeozWfFFeWmNgyP6wnoIl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">session folder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Allow about 15 minutes for presentation<\/li>\n<li>Allow additional 5 minutes for questions from the audience<\/li>\n<li>If needed, ask your questions, but first give opportunity to the audience o Send your prepared questions to the authors after the session by email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Make sure that the session finishes on-time, allowing at most 20 minutes per paper 7. Note that your session may share a 2-hour time slot with other session starting\u00a0 immediately afterwards or it may continue into another 2-hour time slot 8. Summarize the main outcomes of your session &#8211; presentations and discussions &#8211; and\u00a0 upload the summary document to your session folder during the conference 9.
